Share the tool jumping solution when carving woodworking machine
During the machining process, if the center of the tool and the center of rotation of the carpenter's engraving machine are inconsistent, it will cause the tool to jump radially, which is what we usually call the tool rotation. To further understand, the normal high-speed rotation of the tool should be a vertical line. If it is not the same, it will become a cone. As a result, the machining accuracy and effect must be reduced, and the tool can be easily broken. So how do you reduce the radial runout of the tool during machining?
First of all, we must understand the cooperation between the carpenter engraving machine tool and the collet, the cooperation of the collet and the nut, whether the upper knife method is correct and the quality of the tool itself are the factors that affect the beating. In this respect, we must pay attention to the cleaning of the chuck and nut, and there should be no dust. The strength of the knife is correct, too big and too small are not good. There is also a very important tool that has a small extension length. The speed of the spindle motor should also be taken into account when necessary. In the case of information that is not very high on the spindle speed, such as metal copper, we can choose a reasonable spindle speed to reduce the radial runout.
Secondly, how to reduce the tool radial runout during machining. Why does the tool produce radial runout during machining? Because the radial cutting force increases the radial runout, reducing the radial cutting force is an important principle to reduce the radial runout. Use sharp tools: When cutting sharp tools, the overall cutting force is small, so the radial cutting force of the tool is small, so that the radial runout of the tool can be reduced; the rake face of the tool should be lubricated: During machining, it is possible to reduce the chip-to-tool conflict, which also reduces the cutting force of the tool and then reduces the radial runout of the tool; the use of up-cutting in finishing: note that this is only used during finishing. It is still necessary to use down-cutting when roughing, otherwise the service life of the tool is difficult to guarantee. When using up-cut milling, the direction of the cutting force always pulls the tool toward the workpiece, so that the tool is more stable during processing; then the high-strength carpenter engraving machine tool can be used to increase the strength of the knife by adding the diameter of the tool bar. The cutter bar diameter is increased by 20%, and the radial direction of the tool can be reduced by 50% under the same radial cutting force.
